We are committed to protecting the privacy of the users of our website. When you place an order or provide us with personal information, we use it for internal or service related purposes only. The information we collect is used to notify you of changes to the website, new releases, or special offers and events we think you’ll find valuable. This information is NOT shared with anyone beyond the support staff of our website and winery, except when required by Law Enforcement investigation.

Terms of Service
By purchasing our products, the Customer represents that he/she has read, understands, and agrees to all terms and conditions set forth on this website, and that he/she is at least twenty one (21) years old and has the legal ability to engage in a contract in the State of California. If the Customer does not accept all the terms and conditions set forth within, he/she should not purchase or use our products. It is further understood that these terms are subject to change from time-to-time, in whole or in part, without prior notice.
Shipping policy and information
Due to various state laws, we can only ship wine to the states that appear in the selection box on the order form. Please note we are unable to ship to AL, DE, KY, MS, OK, RI, SD, UT.

Age Verification
By placing an order with us you are stating that you are 21 years of age and that the recipient of the order is also 21 years of age. We require you to verify that you are of legal age to order our wines. We also pay extra to our shipping carrier to add the Adult Signature option, and then the carrier verifies the age of the recipient when delivering the package.

Receiving a Shipment
If the recipient of the wine will not be at home during regular business hours, we highly recommend sending the order to a commercial or business address where the package can be received and signed for. Orders containing alcohol cannot be left on a doorstep, sent to a P.O. Box or left with someone who is visibly intoxicated. If no one is available for delivery, two additional attempts will generally be made. If the package is never received or picked up and returned to us, there will be an additional shipping charge to resend the package.

Return Policy
If you experience problems with your order or would like to return our products for any reason, please email info@foundrywines.com. We proudly guarantee your 100% satisfaction. If you’re not completely satisfied, let us know and we’ll refund the value of a bottle to your account, or send you a replacement.

The prices for all our products are in U.S. Dollars. Prices include shipping; taxes are additional.
